المقاربات النظرية الاقتصادية لتحليل النزاعات الداخلية في إفريقيا: المقاربة الريعية

الملخص
يستعرض المقال أهم محاور مقاربة الدولة الريعية في تحليل النزاعات الداخلية، ودور العائدات الريعية في تغذية حالات العنف عبر القارة. في المقام الأول، يحاول المقال تسليط الضوء على الوحدة التحليلية و معايير دراسة الظاهرة النزاعية في القارة السمراء، مع إيجاز لمكامن الضعف في التحليلات السابقة. أما في الشق الثاني، نحاول مناقشة علاقة العائدات الريعية بحالات الانفلاتات الأمنية في القارة. Abstract: This paper explores the main elements of the rentier state approach to analyze civil wars in Africa. Previous academic works on the resource curse suggest that the rent revenues would lead to violent conflict, because they strength state dependency to resources prices fluctuations, and undermine the compromise bases of social contract. Also, rentier states are vulnerable to the spread of rent-seeking behavior and predation politics, which in turn would create serious dysfunctions within the system. This paper sheds light on the analytical determinants of such theoretical vision, and examines briefly the causal mechanisms between principal variables of the study.
