الملخص
ترصد هذه الورقة البحثية إهتمام الدراسات التاريخية الأكاديمية، من أطاريح جامعية ومقالات علمية بمدونة المعيار للونشريسي. حيث تتبعنا تاريخانية توظيف هذه المدونة في الكتابة التاريخية، من طرف المستشرقين، والباحثين المغاربة بالخصوص وغيرهم، ثم عرضنا المجالات التي وظفت الدراسات التاريخية هذه المدونة فنجدها وظفت في ثلاث عناصر أساسية التأريخ للجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وللحراك الفكري والثقافي لمجتمع المغرب الإسلامي في العصر الوسيط، ثم تطرقنا لجانب منهجي متمثل في العوائق والصعوبات المنهجية التي واجهت الدراسات التاريخية في توظيفها لهذه المدونة الفقهية. This research paper reviews the interest of academic historical studies. Of university thesises and scientific articles in the standard record for . Where it follow us the historical employment of this record in historical writing. By the Orientalists. And Moroccan researchers in particular and others. Then we offered the domains that have employed historical studies this record we find it used in three basic elements history for social and economic aspects and for the intellectual and cultural mobility of the Islamic Maghreb society in the Middle Age. We then addressed for a systematic aspect of the obstacles and methodological difficulties faced it by historical studies in its employment for this record of jurisprudence.
