الملخص
Abstract The Progress achieved in the field of the technology of communication marks the beginning of a new era. In fact the tecgnological progress affected different aspects of the economic, endustrial and trade activities.Education and scientific research are among the fields most effected by the devlopement of the technology of communication, they have to cope with this developement, especially with appearance of new notions concerning education, such as, teaching at distance, electronic teaching and self teaching. Algeria tries to cope with this developement by making laws to regulate the use of these technologies, making the internet, in adition to many projects that aim at helping algerians to use more these technologies different fields especially education.
