واقع قضايا البيئة في منهاج التربية المدنية للطور الابتدائي في الجزائر

الملخص
سعى العلماء المسؤولون إلى محاولة إيجاد حلول للمشكلات البيئية بسن القوانين وتنظيم المؤتمرات والندوات ،إلا أن هذه المشكلات البيئية ظلت قائمة نتيجة لما أحدثه الإنسان من استنزاف للموارد الطبيعية وتلويث البيئة سواء كان هذا عن قصد أو دون قصد. هذا الوضع استلزم وجود تربية بيئية تساعد على فهم العلاقة الوثيقة بين الإنسان والبيئة، هذه الأخيرة ليست مجرد معلومات تُدرس عن مشكلات البيئة كالتلوث وتدهور الوسط الحيوي واستنزاف الموارد البيئية، بل تسعى إلى إيقاظ الوعي الناقد وتنمية القيم الأخلاقية ,التي تحسن من طبيعة العلاقة بين الإنسان والبيئة وهذا ما أدرجه المشرع التربوي الجزائري في المناهج المدرسية, و سنتطرق في هذا المقال إلى تناول قضايا البيئة في منهاج التربية المدنية في المرحلة الابتدائية في الجزائر. Abstract: Responsible scientists tried to find solutions to environmental problems by enacting laws and the organization of conferences and seminars, but these environmental problems persisted as a result of the depletion of natural resources and polluting the environment by man, whether this was on purpose or not. This situation required the presence of an environmental education that helps to understand the close relationship between man and the environment, the latter is not just information to teach about the environment problems such as pollution and the deterioration of the vital center and the depletion of environmental resources, but rather to seek to awaken the critical conscience and to develop moral values that improve the relationship between man and the environment. This is what Algerian educational legislator incorporated in school curricula. We will look in this article to take the environmental issues in the civic education curricula of elementary schools in Algeria for study.
