الملخص
يعد العمل الإرشادي من الدعائم الرئيسية للمدرسة المعاصرة، وقد أخذت مسؤولية الإرشاد النفسي للطلاب في الرقي والتطور لتراعي النمو السليم لهم، والارتقاء بالأنماط السلوكية وتوجيهها بما يتلاءم مع قـدرات و ميول هؤلاء الطلاب. والجزائر من بين الدول التي أدركت حديثا أهمية الإرشاد النفسي في المؤسسة التربوية حيث عملت على استحداث مناصب متخصصة في العمل الإرشادي بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوي تحت اسم مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني، أوكلت له مهمة المتابعة النفسية والإرشاد المدرسي للتلاميذ، غير أن هذه المهمة في إطارها الحالي في نظر العديد من المهتمين بالعمل الإرشادي لم ترقى إلى الهـدف المنشود بسبب تشعب المهـام المنوطة لهذه الفئة وافتقادها للأدوات والآليات الضرورية للعمل، بالإضافة إلى اتساع رقعة نشاطات تدخلها في المؤسسات التربوية. Abstract: The extension work of the main pillars of the contemporary school and has taken responsibility for psychological counseling for students in the advancement and development to take into account the healthy growth of students, and improve the behavioral patterns and directed in line with the capabilities and tendencies of these students. And Algeria are among the countries that recognized the newly importance of psychological counseling in the educational institution where she worked on the development of positions specializing in extension work institutions of secondary education under the name of guidance counselor and school counseling and vocational entrusted with the task of follow-up psychological and school counseling for students , but this task in the current framework in the eyes of many who are interested to work did not live up to the indicative target because of the complexity of the tasks assigned to this category and its lack of tools and mechanisms necessary for the work , in addition to the expansion of its intervention activities in educational institutions.
