الملخص

The academic and professional adaption of the faculty members at the Faculty of Science and arts in Sharourah in Saudi Arabia This study aims at identifying the academic and professional adaption of the faculty members at the Faculty of Science and arts in Sharourah in Saudi Arabia. The study was specifically designed to find an answer to the truth of the personal adoption of the faculty members at the emotional, academic, social, health, values , the academic liberty and job satisfaction levels. The study follows the descriptive method. (60) samples were studied thoroughly which marks (40%) of the study community during the scholastic year of 1434/1435H. A questionnaire has been designed to answer the above question. The findings were as follow: 1- The University of Najran doesn’t offer a working and effective rewarding system of the distinguished faculty staff. 2-The University doesn’t offer satisfactory academic and educational aids that would help in improving and supporting academic researches. 3- The Faculty doesn’t pave the way to the participation of conferences and seminars. 4- The increasing number of students in class rooms doesn’t help in academic giving. Thus, the researcher recommends the following: 1- The Faculty should find an effective rewarding system to encourage its faculty members. 2- The Faculty should help in supporting academic research through supplying all the academic aids. 3- The Faculty should pave the way to the participation of conferences and seminars. 4- The number of students in class room should be decreased to help in faithful and sincere giving
