Rule Based Simulation Model For The Just In Time Production System

Abstract

We present an knowledge base simulation model (KBSM) to optimize and validate a just-in-time (JIT) production system. Answering "what if' questions and generating scenarios can be implemented in the "Kanban" producction system. Also we present automatic test based constraints to validate the results of simulation.
