المحلات ذات الوظيفة المهنية بمدينة المحمدية: مقاربة منهجية

الملخص
الملخص: يعد توطين الأنشطة من العوامل المؤثرة بشكل مباشر في هيكلة المدينة وإعادة التشكيل الحضري، ثم تنشيط الحركية الاقتصادية، ناهيك عن حركة التنقل والتحكم في آجال وصول المنتجات إلى الوجهات المقصودة. انطلاقا من التحليل الجغرافي لمواقع المحلات ذات الوظيفة المهنية بمدينة المحمدية، تظهر أهمية المقاربة الإستراتيجية للتوطين كشرط أساسي لنجاح الإجراءات التي ينبغي اتخاذها لتحقيق توحيد المدينة، والكفاءة الحضرية، ثم الحيوية الحضرية وجاذبية التراب الحضري. Résumé : La localisation des activités a des impacts directs et de long terme sur la structure de la ville, sur la recomposition urbaine, sur l’animation des milieux de vie, sur la vitalité économique, sur la mobilité ou encore sur limitation des délais de livraison des produis. A partir de l’analyse géographique de la localisation des locaux a usage professionnel dans l’aire urbaine de Mohammedia, une approche stratégique de la localisation apparaît comme un préalable au succès de mesures à prendre pour aboutir à la consolidation de la ville, à l’efficacité urbaine, à la vitalité urbaine et à l’attractivité du territoire urbain. Abstract : The localization of activities is a direct factor in the city's restructuring and urban and territorial reconstitutions, then activating economic mobility, not to mention mobility and control of product arrivals to destination destinations. Based on the geographical analysis of the locations of shops with professional functions in the city of Mohammedia, the importance of the strategic approach to localization is seen as a prerequisite for the success of the actions that should be taken to achieve the unification of the city, urban efficiency, urban vitality and the attractiveness of urban land.
