الكفاءات المهنية الكائنة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري حسب طلبتة

الملخص
يعتمد نجاح التعليم الجامعي على مدى تهيئة الجامعة بكل مكوناتها، والتي يعتبر الأستاذ الجامعي أهم هذه المكونات باعتباره القادر على تحقيق أهداف الجامعة من خلال قيامه بأداء مهامه المختلفة وفقا لمتطلبات مهنته، وهو الأمر الذي يفرض ضرورة توافر مجموعة من الكفاءات المهنية (معرفية، أدائية، وجدانية) في الأستاذ الجامعي. وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الكفاءات المهنية التي يمتلكها الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري من بين مجموع الكفاءات التي يتطلبها منصب عمله وذلك من وجهة نظر طلبته، في المجالات: المعرفية، الأدائية، الوجدانية، اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام استبيان لجمع البيانات من(7763) طالبا وطالبة من جامعات الجزائر(الشمال الشرقي، الشمال الغربي، الجنوب)، وتوصلت إلى أن الأستاذ الجامعي يمتلك نسبيا كلا من الكفاءات المعرفية والأدائية، بينما لا يمتلك الكفاءات الوجدانية The success of thehigh education depends on the preparation of the university withall its components, where the university professor is the most important component, because he is able to achieve the goals of the university by performing various tasks according to the requirements of his profession, which necessitates the availability of many professional competencies (knowledge, performance and emotional) in the university professor. The study aimed to determine the professional competencies possessed by the Algerian university professor among the total competencies required by his position from the point of view of his studentsin the areas of: cognitive, performance and emotional. Using the description approach, the data is collected through a questionnaire applied to (7763) male and female students from the universities of Algeria (Northeast, North-West and South). The results showed that the university professor relatively has both cognitive and performance competencies while he lacks the emotional competencies.
