بعض المحددات النفسية والثقافية لممارسة الرضاعة الطبيعية لدى الأمهات.

الملخص
قد تبدو ممارسة الرضاعة الطبيعية ،ضمن العلاقة أم-طفل ممارسة امومية فطرية وعالمية ،ولكن عند محاولة فهم بعض الحالات التي يتم فيها فطام الطفل بشكل جدمبكر ،او حالات عجز الام ،او رفضها المطلق للقيام بإرضاع طفلها او على العكس استمرارها في القيام بذلك الى غاية السنتين او اكثر ،يتضح لنا ان ممارسة الرضاعة تتعدى كونها فعلا يبولوجيا ،الى كونها سلوك ذو ابعاد ومحددات نفسية وكذا اجتماعية وثقافية La pratique de l'allaitement maternel dans une relation mère-enfant peut sembler innée et universel, mais lorsqu'on essaie de comprendre certains cas où le bébé sevrage très tôt, ou l'incapacité de la mère, ou son refus absolu d'allaiter son enfant ,oules cas de prolongement de l’allaitement , il est clair pour nous que la pratique de l'allaitement va au-delà du fait qu'il s'agit d'un acte épileptique, que c'est un comportement avec des dimensions et des déterminants psychologiques, sociaux et culturels. The practice of breastfeeding in a mother-child relationship may seem innate and universal, but when trying to understand some cases where the baby weans very early, or the mother's inability, or her absolute refusal to breastfeed child, or cases of prolonged breastfeeding, it is clear to us that breastfeeding goes beyond the fact that it is an epileptic act, that it is a behavior with psychological, social and cultural dimensions and determinants.
