Abstract
The paper represent the undertaking of a heavy industrialization in Algeria has resulted in technological capacities , the major part of it considered of a sample survey covering 98 public and private industrial enterprises, finally researcher confirmed that R and D as an economic activity does not seen to be efficiently under taken. The impact industrial productivity is so small.
