دور المؤسسات المتخصصة في حماية الطفولة " دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أطفال في خطر "

الملخص
تتعدد الوظائف و الأدوار لمؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية التي تساهم في بناء شخصية الأفراد بصفة مستمرة وتكاملية بتعدد أهداف مشاريعها المؤسساتية، وسياسات مجتمعاتها،إلا أن هناك فئة من الأطفال قد يفتقدون لأولى مؤسسة اجتماعية وهي البيئة الأسرية، التي توفر لأبنائها الرعاية و الحماية الأولية عبر شبكات الاتصالات والتفاعلات والدعم الاجتماعي القائمة مابين أفردها والتي تأسس لمستقبل صحتهم النفسية . فعوامل التفكك الأسري و أشكال الحرمان العاطفي والمشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية تدفع بفئة الأطفال في خطر إلى العيش في بيئة مؤسساتية بديلة (كمراكز رعاية الأحداث)التي تحاول أن تقدم لهم الرعاية و الحماية التي تكفلها لهم كل التشريعات و القوانين و القيم الإنسانية ،كما تحميهم من كل أشكال الانحرافات السلوكية والعنف و الجريمة التي أصبحت تشهدها مدارسنا اليوم. لذا تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الحماية الاجتماعية التي تقدمها المؤسسات المتخصصة في رعاية الأطفال في خطر ،إذ تكونت عينة الأطفال من 26 طفل مقيمين بالمؤسسة،, وقد بينت النتائج أن الأطفال يصفون البيئة المؤسساتية البديلة عن الأسرة أنها توفر لهم الحماية من كل أشكال العنف و الإساءة و أنهم يتلقون معاملة إنسانية واحترام من طرف الفاعلين التربويين داخل المؤسسة، كما أنهم لا يتعرضون للاستغلال والإهمال بل إلى تطوير كفاءاتهم الشخصية و الاجتماعية و تأهيلهم للاندماج المدرسي و الاجتماعي ، وبالتالي تحقق الصحة النفسية لهم كباقي الأطفال الآخرين The roles and functions of socializing institutions that contribute to the formation of a personality are varied Individuals are continuously and integrally integrated with the objectives of their institutional projects, and their community policies. A group of children may miss the first social institution, the family environment, that provides for its children care and primary protection through communication networks, interactions and social support the list is unique and established for the future of their mental health. Factors of family disintegration and forms emotional deprivation and psychological and social problems push the children at risk to live in an alternative institutional environment (such as juvenile care centers) that try to provide them with care and protection guaranteed by all laws, laws and human values, and protected from all forms of deviations behavior, violence and crime that our schools are witnessing today. The study aims at identifying the level of social protection provided by institutions specialized in the care of children at risk, with a sample of children from 36 resident children the results show that children describe the alternative institutional environment of the family they provide, they are protected from all forms of violence and abuse and are treated humanely and respectfully by one party educational actors within the institution, as they are not subjected to exploitation and neglect, but to develop their personal and social competencies and their rehabilitation for school and social integration, and thus achieve mental health like all other children
