بناء سلّم دافعيّة الإنجاز الإداري عند مديري التّعليم الابتدائي

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى بناء سلّم لدافعيّة الإنجاز الإداري لدى مديري التّعليم الابتدائي في الجزائر، وذلك بهدف توفير سلّم يتمتّع بخصائص سيكومتريّة مقبولة، ويمكّن من الكشف عن درجة دافعيّة الإنجاز لدى مديري التّعليم الابتدائي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تمّ استعراض أهمّ السّلالم المستخدمة في هذا المجال والاستفادة منها في اشتقاق بنود السلّم. كما تطلب ذلك إجراء اختبارات سيكومترية للتّحقق من صدق وثبات السلّم بطرق متنوّعة. حيث تمّ إجراء الدّراسة على 277 مديرا من مديري المدارس الابتدائية بولاية المسيلة، بلغ معامل ثباته 0.79 وهي قيمة دالّة إحصائيّا. وبلغ معامل ألفا كرونباخ 0.84 وهي أيضا قيمة دالة إحصائيا وتعبّر على مستوى مقبول للثّبات. أمّا الصّدق فإضافة لصدق المحتوى، تمّ تجميع بيّنات وأدلّة على صدق التّكوين الفرضي، فتمّ حساب معاملات الارتباط بين البنود والدّرجة الكلية للمحور، وارتباطها بالدّرجة الكليّة للسلّم. كما تمّ تطبيق اختبار (ت) لتميّيز بنود المقياس. وإجراء تحليل عاملي استكشافي للتأكد من كونها تمثّل عاملا رئيسيّا، وتحديد محاور السلّم والبنود التّي تتشبّع عليها. تكوّن السلّم في صورته النّهائيّة من 64 بندا. توصي الدّراسة بإعادة تطبيق سلّم دافعيّة الإنجاز الإداري في مدن جزائريّة أخرى. وكذا إعادة التّحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للسلّم وفق النّظريّة الحديثة للقياس، للتّغلب على أوجه النّقد المقدّمة للنّظريّة التّقليديّة في القياس. Abstract: This study aimed to constructing administrative achievement motivation measurement for primary schools directors in Algeria ,In order to provide measurement enjoys psychometric characteristics are acceptable, and can detect the degree of achievement motivation among primary schools directors. To achieve this object the review of the most important measurements used in this range, and used to derive measurement items . This also request psychometric testing to verify the validity and reliability of the measurement in différent ways. Where the study was conducted upon 277 directors from primary schools directors in M'sila,stability coefficient 0.79 and is the value statistically significant, And coefficient Alpha cronbach 0.84 is also a value statistically significant, and indicate an acceptable level of reliability. As for validity in addition to content validity, whole collected evidence of the construct validity, the correlation coefficients were calculated between items and the degree of the axis, and the degree of the measurement. We use also the T test to differentiate of item, and procedure of Factor analysis Exploratory to make sure that is represent principal factor .In its final version measurement of the achievement motivation for primary schools directors in Algeria included the 64 item. The study recommends to apply administrative achievement motivation measurement in other Algerian cities. As well as to verify the psychometric characteristics according to the modern theory of measurement, to overcome the criticism made of the traditional theory of measurement.
