دور حاضنات الأعمال في التنمية الإقتصادية مع الإشارة للتجربة الجزائرية

الملخص
تلعب الحاضنات اليوم دور مهم في حماية المشروعات التي تكون في بدايتها في حاجة ماسة إلى دعم خاص ومساندة وحماية، تمكنها فيما بعد من الانتقال إلى أسواق العمل الخارجية. فحضانة الأعمال كبرنامج تنموي تساعد في تنويع النشاط الاقتصادي وتكوين الثروة ونشر التكنولوجيا وتسويقها وكذلك خلق فرص عمل وتخفيض أخطار الاستثمار لمنشآت الأعمال الصغيرة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بأهمية حاضنات الأعمال كأسلوب حديث لتبني فكرة العمل الحر والمساهمة في بدء مشروعات واعدة على أسس سليمة، ويوضح البحث أيضا شروط نجاح حاضنات الأعمال ومعوقات استدامتها، فرغم أهمية الدور الذي تلعبه حاضنات الأعمال إلا أنه توجد العديد من القيود التي تعيق فعاليتها ودورها. كما تم تسليط الضوء على أهم التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجهها حاضنات الأعمال في الجزائر. Incubators play today an important role in the protection of the projects which need in its beginning a special support, assistance and protection, in order to move to foreign labor markets. Business incubation as a developmental program helps to diversify economic activity, wealth creation and spread of technology as well as marketing. It contributes also in creating jobs and reducing the risks related to small businesses investment. This research aims to explain the importance of business incubators as a new approach to embrace the idea of self-employment and to contribute in achieving promising projects on a solid basis. The research shows the conditions of success related to business incubators and the constraints of sustainability. Despite the importance of business incubators , there are many restrictions that hinder their effectiveness and role. The most important challenges and obstacles faced by business incubators in Algeria have been highlighted.
