الملخص
This study focuses on an approach to participatory democracy as a paradigm to protect the environment in Algeria, through legislation and laws that provide for the right of citizens to participate in the conduct of public affairs, Individual or within the association. The purpose of this study is to highlight aspects of civil society participation in the field of the environment, which is an essential tool for achieving sustainable development.
