الملخص
The various Arab legislations followed by the Algerian legislation after the revolutions of the Arab Spring witnessed a number of reforms that affected most of its legal system and a number of freedoms, especially the media, because of its prominent importance and effective role in these revolutions. It is the basis of laying the foundations of democracy and a bridge between the governors and the governed. The media in Algeria passed through many stations, the latest of which was the Media Law 12/05, which opened the audiovisual sector to the private sector after it was monopolized by the state and approved electronic media ... so we wanted to shed light on the reform that extended the media sector from by the law 12/05.
