الملخص
When wife wants to get rid of marital life, she resorted to judiciary for unscrew a distinction between them in exchange for a payment to husband. In the absence of agreement on this consideration, the judge intervenes to his discretion provided that his value does not exceed parity. Divorce differs from dislocation, where the first is at the request of the wife, who must prove one of the reasons listed exclusively in article 53 of the Algerian family law, while the second is an agreement between the spouses to terminate the marital relationship in return for money paid by the wife to her husband In accordance with article 54 of the same law.
