الملخص
To support the principle of freedom of investment, the Algerian government is constantly reviewing the economic legislation in order to improve the investment climate to attract capital, particularly foreign capital, because of its importance in economic development. The legislator has removed some cumbersome restrictions and procedures and simplified other rules. Despite these positive aspects, it is hard to discuss investment freedom in Algeria, considering the certain restrictions which limit this freedom.
