الملخص
The insurance on the Real estate credit is one of the most important guarantees required by the Real estate credit banks to the borrowers until they are approved to grant the loans required to finance their housing projects and the importance of this type of insurance to the protection provided by it is a protective mechanism excellence for banks from the risk of non-fulfillment Tool and motivate them on new loans, and it tried in this paper to study this safeguard in light of Algerian legislation.
