الملخص
According to the previous texts regulating the activity of real estate promotion, the legislator has attempted to support and develop this activity, and after the adoption of the law 11/04 real estate promotion in progress, the legislator in order to achieve the objectives of the national policy for the promotion of these activities has developed a range of legal mechanisms, starting with transforming this activity into a regulated activity, in addition to the embodiment of techniques and means, including funding to promote its practice, including monitoring this practice and guarantee of real estate projects.
