الملخص
During the 1970’s, political violence in Argentina resulted in massive violations of human rights that included thousands of deaths, prolonged and arbitrary arrests and other violations. In 1983, Argentina began its transition to democracy. Due to its ongoing success in the prosecution of human rights criminals, it is arguable that Argentina has one of the best records of transitional justice in the world.
