الملخص
The researcher has adopted his personal consideration and his diligence in the declaration of the dimensions of consumer protection in the texts relating to the protection of the consumers, by adopting a method of analysis of the texts, opposing to get an idea of their compatibility, raising their contradictions and removing certain ambiguities. The researcher included seven recommendations that he would consider capable of developing the Consumer Protection Act, No. 24 of 2006, especially in the area of the supplier's commitment to food safety and quality.
