الملخص
The Algerian legislator has regulated the transplantation of humanorgans and imposed on them the restrictions and preconditions to which the doctorsfollowingthem must comply, in addition to having to obtain the consent of the donorunder the conditions laid down by the law of health. Anyaggressionagainst a member of the living humanbeing to beextractedwithouthis consent and without the existence of legal conditions exposes the offender to criminalliability, in orderto protect the human right to hissafety and the integrity of his body.
