الملخص

This article aims to highlight the reality of building competitive advantages in the Algerian medium enterprises, by knowing the extent of its ability to achieve the foundations of its construction: quality, creativity, efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs, focusing on the study of a group of medium institutions in Setif differ in terms of the nature of the ownership and the field of activity, using the questionnaire as an essential tool for data collection. Through the field study, that these institutions have the ability to achieve product quality, achieve creativity, achieve efficiency and also have the ability to respond to customer needs. Thus, Algerian medium enterprises have the ability to achieve the foundations of building competitive advantages.
