International Liability For Damage Caused By Nuclear Leaks Fukushima Accident As A Model

Abstract

This article is a legal international discussion in which I deal with the direct impact of legal liability for damage caused by nuclear leaks. This discussion focuses on highlighting the direct impact of the conventions regulating them, on the one hand, and the mechanisms to deal with these leaks in case of peaceful use resulting in damage, on the other hand, the adequacy of the international texts (conventions) for the protection of affected parties, whether States or persons, and the alignment of the domestic texts of States with international conventions in this context.
