Résumé

Difficulties in managing fixed capacities as well as problems of mastering demand make service enterprises using more and more yield management for better profitability. This practice emerges in the USA, in the 70’s especially in area transport sector. Lately it was generalized to overall service enterprises. Hotel enterprises nowadays are using yield management through internet and others means of electronics payment. In Algeria, hotel sector is growing thanks to huge investment in the sector, in the EDEN hotels group, compose with five (05) hotels in exploitation and fourteen (14) that are to be operational. We have managed to work out evident on most used yield a management technique that was the object for our intended research topic.
