الملخص
إن دراسة المناخ التنظيمي من المواضيع الهامة والضرورية التي تتطلبها أي منظمة تسعا إلى التطوير والتقدم وتحسين ظروف عملها ولعل الجامعة من ابرز هذه التنظيمات التي وجب على القائمين عليها دراسة مناخها التنظيمي حتى يتسنى الوقوف على ابرز نقاط الضعف والقوة من اجل تحسين ظروف الأساتذة وبالتالي تطوير البحث العلمي ولذلك جاءت دراستنا لتبرز واقع المناخ التنظيمي السائد في الجامعة الجزائرية ودوره في تحسين جودة الخدمات الجامعية. Abstract : organizational climate of the important and necessary topics required by any organization nine to the development, progress and better working conditions, study and perhaps the University of the most prominent of these regulations shall be on those who made it the study of the organizational climate in order to stand on the main strengths and weaknesses in order to improve teachers conditions and therefore develop scientific research and therefore our study was to highlight the reality of organizational climate prevailing in the Algerian university and its role in improving the quality of university services.
