الملخص

حضيت ظاهرة الصراع التنظيمي باهتمام الكثير من العلماء والباحثين كرجال الاجتماع ، وعلماء الاقتصاد والمهتمين بالشؤون السياسية وحتى الباحثين في مجال الإدارة و السلوك التنظيمي ،في محاولة منهم لتفسير و معالجة هذه الظاهرة التي أصبحت تخيم على بيئة المنظمات المعاصرة و تفرض عليها تحديات كبيرة تؤثر على قدرتها وبقاءها واستمرارها وتحقيق أهدافها الإستراتيجية.
