الملخص
ملخص: جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز العلاقة التي تربط بين المبادئ والآليات الدولية لحوكمة شركات التأمين، وبين مقررات الملاءة 2 (solvencyII (، حيث أشرنا في المحور الأول إلى أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بظهور مقررات الملاءةI والانتقادات الموجهة لها، أما في المحور الثاني فقد تم التطرق إلى أهم المقررات والتوصيات التي تضمنها إطار الملاءة2، وأهم المخاطر التي تغطيها والجدول الزمني المحدد لتطبيقها، وفي الختام أشرنا إلى الآليات والمبادئ التي يمكن من خلالها حوكمة شركات التأمين في ظل مقررات الملاءة 2. Abstract The aim of this study is to highlight the relation between principles and mechanisms of governance in the insurance companies, and decisions contained in the Solvency II pillars. Where we searched in the first part presenting the most important concepts relating to solvency I, while we were devoted the second part of this research to review Decisions, pillars , objectives & the timetable set for the application and the risks covered by solvency II, finaly we have highlighted the most important decisions and mechanisms contained in the Convention on Solvency II, which correspond with the principles of corporate governance in insurance companies.
