الملخص
الملخص: تلعب المعايير البيئيةISO 14000 دور هاماً في المؤسسات الجزائرية باعتبارها الحل المناسب لزيادة المنافسة سواء في الداخل أو الخارج، وكذلك تسهل عملية التبادل الدولي، أي تنقص العراقيل التجارية خصوصاً إذا ما تم التحكم في متطلباتها، أسسها، ومراحلها، لأنها تعتبر في بداية الأمر كحاجز لتدفق التجارة الخارجية، إلا أنها بعد التحكم فيها وبعد مرور الوقت تصبح كحافز لزيادة مبيعات المؤسسات الجزائرية سواء داخل الوطن أو خارجه، هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى تعتبر كأحد الحلول للمشكلات البيئية المتزايدة ومن بينها توسع ثقب الأوزون، الضباب الدخاني، الأمطار الحامضية، الاحتباس الحراري، وهذا معناه أنها تساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. Abstract The ISO 14000 environmental standards play an important role in the Algerian institutions as the appropriate solution to increase competition both at local and foreign market, also to facilitate the international trade operation, which reduces trade barriers, especially if its requirements, foundations and phases were controlled; because they initially considered as barriers to the flow of international trade. However; after some time and after the control, it becomes an incentive to increase the sales both within the nation or abroad. On the other hand, The ISO 14000 environmental standards considered one of the solutions to the growing environmental problems, including the destruction of the ozone hole, the haze, the global warming, the acidic rain, smog, and the global warming, which means that this standards are factor contribute to the achievement of sustainable development.
