الملخص
ملخص: نتيجة الانهيارات الحادّة في أسعار الطاقة أصبح لزاما على الدول الريعية وفي مقدمتها النفطية انتهاج سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي، لمعالجة الاختلالات في هياكلها الاقتصادية والمؤسّساتية والناتجة عن اعتمدها للمصدر الوحيد للدخل. لهذا سعت العديد من الدول إلى تطبيق استراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي وإنجاحها من خلال تبنّي مجموعة من السياسات الاقتصادية التنويعية، بهدف إعادة هيكلة الاقتصاد ورفع مستوى مساهمة القطاعات الاقتصادية البديلة في الناتج المحلي وتحسين كفاءة وفاعلية هذه القطاعات. وتحقيقا لسياسة التنويع الاقتصادي بالإمارات العربية المتحدة، قامت الدولة بدعم برامج الاستثمار في كافة القطاعات منها قطاع التأمين، فأصبحت الرائدة في هذا المجال على مستوى جميع الدول العربية ومنافسة لكبريات الشركات الدولية وهذا من خلال توفير البيئة المناسبة والمشجعة لممارسة نشاطها، وبمراجعتها الشاملة لمنظومة القوانين والتشريعات المنظمة لهذا القطاع والإجراءات التنفيذية لها وهذا وفقا لأفضل الممارسات الدولية. Abstract: As a result of the sharp collapse in energy prices, it has become imperative for the rentier states ,pursue economic diversification policy to address imbalances in economic and institutional structures, resulting from the adopted by the sole source of income. For this many countries have sought to apply the economic diversification strategy and make it a success through the adoption a set of economic policies, in order to restructure the economy and raise the level of the contribution of alternative economic sectors in the gross domestic product and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these sectors . In order to achieve the policy of economic diversification of the United Arab Emirates, the State has supported investment programs in all sectors, including the insurance sector became the leader in this field at the level of all the Arab countries and become a competitor to major international companies, and this through the provision of appropriate and encouraging environment for the exercise of its activity, and as a result of a review of the overall state of the system of laws and legislation to this sector, and its operational procedures according to international best practices .
