الملخص
ملخص: تطرح البيئة قضايا متعددة منها الحق في البيئة السليمة، باعتباره من الحقوق الأساسية للإنسان، والتي تكفلت بها المواثيق الدولية والدساتير في غالبية الدول. وبما أن الإنسان لا يمكنه العيش في بيئة ملوثة ومضرة بسلامة صحته، فإن الحق في البيئة السليمة، يعتبر من أخطر الحقوق في حالة عدم احترامه. ولهذا يجب أن يحظى هذا الحق بالاهتمام، لأن البيئة لعدة عوامل وأسباب أصبحت مرتبطة بكل مجالات الحياة التي يتفاعل معها الإنسان من خلال المحيط الاجتماعي الذي يعيش فيه. وعليه يجب وضع حد للمشاكل البيئية التي صنعها الإنسان كالحروب واستخدام الغازات ومختلف التجارب المضرة. بالإضافة إلى مواجهة المشاكل البيئية التي تتسبب فيها الطبيعة. الكلمات المفتاحية: البيئة السليمة – التلوث – حقوق الإنسان- المواثيق الدولية. Abstract The environment poses several problems Including ,the right to a healthy environment As one of the fundamental human rights , Which are guaranteed by international conventions and constitutions in most countries Since man cannot live in a polluted environment and dangerous for his health. The right to a healthy environment is considered one of the most serious rights in case of non-compliance. This right must be taken into account Because the environment has several factors and causes Have become tied to all areas of life that man interacts with that interacts man through the social environment in which he lives.
