الملخص
الملخَّـص: أصبحت مسألة تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني ضرورة حتمية يمليها الظرف الحالي المتمثل في تهاوي أسعار البترول ونظرا لاعتماد الدولة الكلي على قطاع المحروقات كمصدر أساسي للدخل وكمورد وحيد للطاقة، فهشاشة الاقتصاد الوطني تأتي كنتيجة لعدم الاستقرار الذي يميز سوق المحروقات الدولي، فإيجاد بدائل طاقوية غير ناضبة يمثل التحدي الأكبر بالنسبة للاقتصاد الوطني وهذا بالنظر للإمكانيات الضخمة التي تحوزها الجزائر في ميدان الطاقات الجديدة والمتجددة. Résumé : La diversification de l’économie nationale est devenue une nécessité imposée par la conjoncture actuelle marquée par la chute du prix du pétrole et en raison de la dépendance totale au secteur des hydrocarbures comme la seule ressource énergétique et la principale source de revenue La fragilité de l’économie nationale est due essentiellement à l’instabilité qui caractérise le marché international des hydrocarbures, de ce fait le défit majeur est de trouver des alternatives énergétiques inépuisables vu l’énormes potentiels que possède l’Algérie en terme d’énergies nouvelles et renouvelables. Abstract: The diversification of the national economy has became a necessity imposed by the present conjuncture marked by the fall in the price of oil and because of the total dependence on the hydrocarbure sector as the only energy resource and the main source of income The fragility of the national economy mainly due to the instability that is affecting the international hydrocarbon market,so the major challenge is to find energetic alternatives inexhaustible considering the enormous potentials possessed by Algeria in terms of new and renewable energies.
