L’écologie Industrielle Comme Processus Du Développement Territorial: Une Nouvelle Approche De La Gestion Des Déchets

Résumé
Building on the functioning of natural ecosystems (biological), industrial ecology aims to limit the impact of economic activity on the environment and support the transition of the current industrial society to the operating modes moresustainable. Contrary to the current economy,qualified as linear, which on one hand, depletes natural resources and on the other, accumulating waste; industrial ecology considers waste as a reservoir of raw materials to be exploited. This leads to doubting about the current patterns of production and consumption. This article essentially aims to highlight the contribution of the theoretical framework for understanding the industrial society as a natural ecosystem for the rational management of resources and optimal use of waste. بناءا على أداء النظم البيئية الطبيعية )البيولوجية( يهدف علم البيئة الاقتصادية )البيئة الاقتصادية( الى الحد من تأثير النشاط الاقتصادي على البيئة ومصاحبة انتقال المجتمع الصناعي الحالي الى نظم عمل أكثر استدامة. على عكس الاقتصاد الحالي المؤهل بالخطية الذي يستنزف الموارد الطبيعية من جهة ومن جهة أخرى يكدس النفايات. يعتبر علم البيئة الصناعية النفايات كمستودع للمواد الأولية القابلة للاستغلال وهذا يقود الى التشكيك في الأنماط الحالية للإنتاج والاستهلاك. هذا المقال أساسا الى تسليط الضوء على مساهمة الإطار النظري لفهم المجتمع الاقتصادي كنظام بيئي طبيعي للتسيير العقلاني للموارد )الإدارة الرشيدة للموارد( لاسيما الاستخدام الأمثل للنفايات.
