بلقنة الشرق الأوسط الإستراتيجية الأمريكو-صهيونية في السيطرة على المنطقة

الملخص
يعد مفهوم البلقنة والفوضى الخلاقة من المفاهيم التي تم تداولها بشكل ملحوظ، خلال الفترة التي تلت نهاية الحرب الباردة، في وصف الإستراتيجية الأمريكية في التعامل مع منطقة الشرق الأوسط، من خلال تفكيك دول المنطقة حفاظا على مصالحها، وعلى أمن حليفتها التقليدية إسرائيل. وقد استخدمت الولايات المتحدة في ذلك آليات لخلق حالة الفوضى والارتباك في الأقاليم الشرق أوسطية المعنية بالتفكيك، مثل الثورات العربية، التنظيمات الإرهابية القاعدة وداعش، تغذية النزعات الاثنية والطائفية. كل هذا يحصل على مرأى ومسمع القوى الإقليمية العربية كمصر والسعودية والمعنية بالدرجة الأولى باستقرار المنطقة، وكذا القوى الإقليمية غير العربية صاحبة المصالح في المنطقة، واخص بالذكر تركيا وإيران، الى جانب موقف القوى الدولية الكبرى المنافسة للولايات المتحدة، والراغبة في تقلد مكانة دولية تليق بحجمها، وتضمن الحفاظ على مصالحها كالاتحاد الأوربي روسيا والصين، هاته القوى التي كان موقفها سلبيا الى حد بعيد في كبح جماح النزعة التفكيكية لدول المنطقة، بل تواطأت معها في الكثير من الأحيان. The concept of Balkanism and Creative Chaos is one of the concepts that has been remarkably traded during the post-Cold War period in describing the US strategy in dealing with the Middle East region by dismantling the countries of the region in order to preserve its interests and the security of its traditional ally Israel. The United States used these mechanisms to create chaos and confusion in the Middle East democracies, such as Arab revolutions, terrorist organizations and al Qaeda, feeding ethnic and sectarian tendencies. All this takes place in the eyes of the Arab regional powers such as Egypt and Saudi Arabia, which are primarily concerned with the stability of the region, as well as the regional non-Arab powers that have interests in the region, especially Turkey and Iran, as well as the position of the major international powers that compete with the United States, And it ensured the preservation of its interests, such as the European Union, Russia and China, those forces whose position was largely negative in curbing the reconciling tendencies of the countries of the region, and in many cases colluded with them.
