الملخص

This research paper aims to identify the strategic dimension of human resources management and its role in achieving competitive advantage, applying to a group of medium institutions. The study found that these institutions adopt the concept of strategic management of human resources management, and that human resource management has a strategic role, these institutions provide the necessary conditions for human resources management to play its strategic role and that the strategic dimension positively and significantly affects the competitive advantage of the institutions themselves.
