دلالة مفهوم الموافقة بين اللّغة والقياس عند الأصوليين

الملخص
هذا البحث يعالج جزئيّةً من جزئيات علم الأصول تتعلق بدلالات الألفاظ؛ ألا وهي اختلاف العلماء في مفهوم الموافقة من حيث نوع دلالته على الحكم هل هي باللّغة أم بالقياس، مع بيان أدلّة المختلفين، ومناقشتها، والتعريج على سبب الخلاف، وثـمرته، مؤثِرا الجمع بين الرّأيين في هذه المسألة بالقول بالتفصيل؛ على أنّ هذا الخلاف هو بين القائلين بمفهوم الموافقة، فيخرج بذلك منكرو المفهوم جملة وهم أكثر الظاهرية This research addresses the partial molecules aware of assets related connotations of words; namely, scientists difference in the concept of consent in terms of the type of significant judgment Is it in or by analogy, with an indication of the different evidence, and discussed, and stopovers on the reason for the dispute, and fruit, an influential combine the two views in this issue in detail, saying; that this dispute is between those who say the concept of consent, so come out deniers concept among more virtual illusion
