الأحوال الشخصية الجزائرية في ميزان المشاريع الفرنسية الإستعمارية- قراءة لمواقف جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين-

الملخص
الملخص: منذ دخول الجيش الفرنسي للجزائر سنة 1830م ، بدأت الإدارة الاستعمارية في ترسيخ دعائم وجودها الفرنسي وإحكام قبضتها الاستعمارية على البلاد بإضفاء طابع الشرعية على مخططاتها الإستيطانية ، وذلك من خلال الهيمنة الواسعة و المنظمة عسكريا ومدنيا لتأسيس قاعدة إقليمية إدارية تشجع الهجرة الإستيطانية قصد بناء قاعدة ديموغرافية لتدعيم القوة العسكرية ، فتسهل بذلك عملية تدمير البنية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والدينية للمجتمع الجزائري . ومن خلال ذلك ينحصر موضوعنا في دراسة المشاريع التي جاءت بها السياسة الاستعمارية ضاربة بها الأحوال الشخصية الجزائرية عرض الحائط ، فجاء تركيزنا على قضية التجنيس والنظر في مسألة العروبة والإسلام ، ومشروع الإدماج الذي وضع قضية الأمة الجزائرية على المحك ، و مشروع بلوم فيوليت المهدد للشخصية الوطنية الجزائرية ، فالجميع يعلم تمسك الجزائريين بمقوماتهم وثوابتهم بدأ بعروبتهم ودينهم الإسلامي ووطنيتهم الجزائرية. وعليه تناولنا في الإشكالية مدى تأثير هذه المشاريع الفرنسية في محاربة وتهديد الأحوال الشخصية الجزائرية التي كانت تهدد تماسك المجتمع الجزائري ، ودرسنا رؤية جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين المتنوعة لمثل هذه المشاريع والسبل التي انتهجت للحفاظ على الأحوال الشخصية الجزائرية . Summary: Since the French army entered Algeria in the 1830, the colonial administration has begun to consolidate its French presence and to tighten its colonial grip on the country legitimatization of its settlement designs, through broad and organized military and civilian dominance to establish a regional administrative base Encourages settlement migration in order to build a demographic base for the consolidation of military power, thereby facilitating the process of destroying the economic, social and religious structure of Algerian society. In this way, our subject is confined to the study of projects brought about by the colonial policy of Algerian personal status. Our focus is on the issue of naturalization, the consideration of the question of Arabism and Islam, the project of integration that put the issue of the Algerian nation at stake, and the Bloom Violet Project. Of the Algerian national personality, everyone knows that the Algerian people are adhering to their values and their principles, starting with their Arabism, their Islamic religion and their Algerian nationalism. In this case, we have addressed the extent to which these French projects have affected the situation in Algeria, which threatens the cohesion of Algerian society., we studied the vision of the various parties and the Association of Muslim Oulema Algerians for such projects and the ways in which they were pursued to maintain conditions Algerian personality.
