أسس حوار الحضارات في الاسلام

الملخص
للحوار جملة من الشروط والضوابط والأسس، إذا التزم بها الحوار بين الحضارات، على مستوى العالم الاسلامي، أمكن الوصول الى نتائج ايجابية تخدم في المقام الأول، المصالح العليا للأمة الاسلامية وقضاياها، وتعزز الجهود المبذولة على مستويات كثيرة للدفاع عن هذه المصالح ولنصرة هذه القضايا، وتدعم العلاقات الدولية وتقويها، وتسهم في اقرار الأمن والسلم والاستقرار في العالم، وترفع من شأن قيم ومبادئ التعايش بين بني البشر كافة. وبذلك يؤتي الحوار ثمرته المرجوة، ويساهم في تعزيز التعاون الانساني، وفي تعميق مفهوم التعايش بين الامم والشعوب، وإشاعة قيم الحوار على جميع المستويات، وفي ذلك الرد الموضوعي على دعاة الصراع الحضاري، وعلى أنصار الصدام بين الحضارات والثقافات الذين ينشرون الرعب بين المجتمعات الانسانية، ويهددون العالم بأفكارهم الهدامة وأفعالهم المخربة. ثم إن الأصل في الحضارات، الحوار لا الصراع، وأن على كل طرف عليه أن يلتزم بآداب الحوار وشروطه وضوابطه، ويحترم الطرف الآخر، ويقدر مرجعيته وخصوصيته الثقافية، والإسلام خير حضارة وضعت أسس حوار الحضارات وعززت هذا الحوار على مدار التاريخ الإنساني، كما أن الإسلام يرفض المركزية الحضارية وإلغاء الحضارات الأخرى وإن كانت ضعيفة، كما يرفض أيضاً تهميش الحضارات وسيطرة حضارة واحدة على العالم، ونقصد بذلك المثل الأخير حضارة الغرب، وسلوكها في الواقع، في جميع مجالات الحياة السياسية والاقتصادية والأخلاقية .. The dialogue has a set of conditions, rules and principles. If it is committed to dialogue among civilizations, in the Islamic world, positive results can be reached that serve primarily the supreme interests of the Islamic Ummah and its issues, and promote efforts at many levels to defend these interests and support these issues. Strengthen international relations and contribute to the establishment of security, peace and stability in the world and raise the values and principles of coexistence among all human beings. And thus contribute to the promotion of humanitarian cooperation, to deepen the concept of coexistence between nations and peoples, to spread the values of dialogue at all levels, and in this objective response to the advocates of civilizational conflict and to the supporters of the clash of civilizations and cultures that spread terror among human societies and threaten The world with destructive ideas and destructive actions. The other is respect for the other party, and its cultural heritage is appreciated. Islam is the best civilization that established the foundations of the dialogue of civilizations and strengthened this dialogue throughout human history, and Islam rejects And rejecting the marginalization of civilizations and the domination of one civilization over the world. In other words, the Western civilization, and its behavior in practice, in all spheres of political, economic and moral life.
