الترجمة الإعلامية: مفهومها وآليات اشتغالها

الملخص
أصبح اليوم المجتمع الدولي مسرحا لكثير من التظاهرات ومختلف الأحداث المتلاحقة تلاحق عقارب الساعة، جاعلة منه قرية كونية مشفرة لا تفك رموزها إلا بالترجمة لاستنطاق مكنوناتها سعيا إلى ربط أواصر التواصل والتخاطب. فالترجمة الإعلامية حلقة جوهرية لا تنفصم عن حلقات العمل الإعلامي، بل عصب صناعة الأخبار في الوقت الذي تتدفق فيه المعلومات وتتزاحم فيه الأزمات كمادة دسمة لا يُستخلص ماؤها إلا بالترجمة. إذ حجز للمترجم / الترجمان مكان دائم في كل وكالات الأنباء، تتفاوت وظيفته ومهامه حسب الوسيلة الإعلامية التي توظفه. فما هي الترجمة الإعلامية إذن ؟ ومن يمتهنها؟ وما هي معايير وآليات اشتغالها؟ وكيف السبيل إلى سد متطلبات الإعلام اللامتناهية التي تفرضها مستجدات الساحة الدولية؟ فلا يمكن الحد من وطأة ضغط حرب المعلومة، والتخفيف من شدتها إلا بالتمكن من ملكة الترجمة تحريرية كانت أو شفوية في زمن يتطلب الآنية في القبض على المعلومة وبثها باللغة التي يفقهها المتلقي قصد التبليغ والإعلام In the current era, the world witnesses various events in different domains that require the translation to be decoded and understood since translation is an act of communication. Thus, media translation was created and it becomes an inseparable part of the media workshops. It is the core of the news making at a time when information and news are flowing as a steady stream. Indeed, the translator /interpreter has gained a permanent place in all news agencies. His function varies depending on the type of the means of communication. So, what is the media translation? And who can practice it? What are its criteria and mechanisms? And how to satisfy the media requirements imposed by the latest world news? It seems impossible to limit the pressure of the information war, reducing its severity only by the translation competence, whether written or oral, in a time when the information should be immediately captured to be broadcasted in the receptor‘s language in order to inform him.
