الملخص
تعتبر الاتفاقيات الدولية آلية التعامل الأكثر استعمالا لحل المنازعات و تنظيم المسائل العالقة في المجال الدولي ، و مهما كان موضوعها أو طبيعتها أو حتى أطرافها ، فكلها تصب في قالب مواد قانونية تُعبر عن إرادة الأطراف وِفْق صيغ لغوية تتراوح بين المفاهيم العامة و المصطلحات الدقيقة ، و كلما تم استعمال المفاهيم العامة تترتب عنها إمكانية إعطاء تفسيرات مختلفة لمواد الاتفاقية تكون أحيانا متكاملة وأحيانا أخرى متناقضة ، وهي مسألة ناتجة عن قابلية النص للتأويل من زوايا مختلفة التي يعمل منها كل طرف على تقديم تفسير خاص انطلاقا من المصلحة التي يسعى لحمايتها. International conventions are considered as the most widely used mechanisme to resolve the conflicts and organize the outstanding issues in the international field. whatever its subject or its nature or even its parties of convention , they are all arrowed in a content of legal texts which reflect the will of parties in accordance with linguistic formulas alternating between general concepts and precise terminology . Whenever the general concepts are used, this gives the possibility of different interpretations to the articles of the convention. These interpretations are sometimes complementary and sometimes contradictory. This problem is due to the ability to interpret the text from the point of view of each party to make a special interpretation according to its interest.
