لهجة (القومان) في مدينة عنابة بين الإبداع اللفظي والتداخل اللغوي

الملخص
الملخّص: يعرف الاستعمال اللغوي (للغة العربية) في الجزائر -وكذلك بقية الدول العربية- تنوّعا عجيبا يستدعي من الدارسين والمهتمين باللسانيات البحث في خصائصه وتحليله، وإن كان هذا التنوّع له أسباب تاريخية وجغرافية قديمة مشتركة؛ إلا أنّ هناك كثيرا من الظواهر اللغوية التي تحتاج إلى تفسير، فقد تجد مدينتين أو بلديتين قريبتين لا يفصل بينهما أي حاجز جغرافي لكنهما تختلفان في نطق أو استعمال بعض الألفاظ والتراكيب، ومثل هذه الظاهرة يمكن أن نجد لها تفسيرا مقبولا، العجيب هو أن تجد في المنطقة الواحدة استعمالات لهجية عديدة؛ وهذا ما لاحظناه في مدينة عنابة حيث توجد طائفة من الشباب يسمون أنفسهم (القومان) يستعملون لهجة خاصة بهم فيها كثير من الظواهر اللسانية (صوتية ولفظية وتركيبية) تحتاج إلى اهتمام اللغويين. Le Dialecte du GOUMANE de Annaba Entre Créativité syntaxique et interférence linguistique Résumé: L'usage linguistique de la langue arabe en Algérie est connue par sa diversifié et ce le nécessite une analyse de la part des chercheurs, en particulier des linguistes. Chaque région d'Algérie a son dialecte. Il y a beaucoup de raisons historiques et géographiques qui expliquent cette variété. Mais il y a aussi d'autres phénomènes linguistiques qui ont besoin d'explication; par exemple, vous trouverez deux villes proches et sans barrières géographiques, mais elles ont des dialectes différents qui peuvent être justifiés scientifiquement. Ainsi, nous pouvons trouver de différents usages du dialecte dans la même région et ce que nous avons constaté à Annaba où il y a un groupe de personnes qui s'appelaient "Goumane". Ils utilisent leur dialecte spécial composé de nombreuses caractéristiques linguistiques; phonologiques, syntaxiques et sémantiques. Ces caractéristiques ont vraiment besoin de profonds études par les linguistes. Goumane Dialect in Annaba: Syntactic Creativity and linguistic Interference Abstract: The linguistic usage of the Arabic language is very diverse that requires analysis from the researchers especially the linguists. Every region in Algeria has its dialect. There are lots of historical and geographical reasons that explain this variety but there are also other linguistic phenomena that need explanation; for example, you will find two close cities without any geographical barriers but they have different dialects which can be justified scientifically. So, we will find different dialect usage for the same object and that what we have noticed in Annaba in which there is a group of people who called themselves “Goumane”. They use their special dialect that consists of many linguistic features; phonologically, syntactically and semantically. Those features really need the care of the linguists.
