الأمن في العالم الافتراضي دراسة في سيكولوجية الإرهاب الالكتروني

الملخص
إن الثورة الحادثة على مستوى المعلومات وما أنتجته من مظاهر افتراضية، توفر سلطة جديدة للفرد في مواجهة الدولة، وللدولة في مواجهة الفرد، وإذا ما توفرت البيئة الاجتماعية الملائمة، فإن المصالح بين الفرد والدولة تخلقها ثورة المعلومات عن طريق سيادة عنصر المعرفة، وهنا من الممكن الإشارة إلى أن هذه المصالحة لا تتم إلا في دولة المؤسسات وسيادة النظام واحترام العقل الإنساني. تبحث هذه الدراسة في واحدة من أكثر الظاهرات الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية إثارة للجدل على مستوى الفكر العالمي بسبب علوها وتجردها عن عالم المحسوسات المادية. لقد انقسم العالم )سكانه( بسبب هذه الظاهرة إلى كينونتين طبيعية مادية، وافتراضية رمزية، وكانت هذه ظاهرة فريدة في التاريخ البشري. إن الأمن بمختلف أنواعه أمر مقدس في حياة البشر، وهو ضروري أيضا للحياة في العالم الثاني الجديد نسبيا، فالعمق الحقيقي للأمن في هذا العالم يكمن في وعي الدولة والمؤسسات والجماعات والأفراد بمدى تأثير امتداد الفضاء الرقمي في حالة ما إذا فاق اتساعه حدود العالم الحقيقي المحصور داخل الجغرافيا. تمتاز هذه الدراسة بأنها جمعت بين الظاهرة والحيز الواقعة فيه، وعلى الرغم من أن كلاهما افتراضي، إلا أن الضرر الحادث على مستوى الحيز، محسوس، ومكلف، وله تبعات واقعية، وهذا ما يجعل الارتباط بين العالمين الحقيقي والافتراضي يأخذ أبعادا اجتماعية وسياسية وثقافية. تختص إشكالية الدراسة في تحليل الجانب السيكولوجي لظاهرة سادت داخل العالم الافتراضي وهي الإرهاب. The revolution happening at the level of information and the virtual manifestations it produced offers the individual a new authority to confront the state and vice versa, and if the appropriate social environment is realized, interests between the individual and the state are created by the revolution of information through the governance of the element of knowledge, thence it is possible to mention that this reconciliation can only happen in the state of institutions and the governance of order and respect for the human mind. This study investigates one of the most controversial social, political and cultural phenomena at the level of global thinking, because of its highness and impartiality of the physical world. Because of this phenomenon inhabitants of the world got divided into two entities: natural physical and virtual symbolic, and this was a unique phenomenon through human history. Indeed, security with its different kinds is sacred in human’s life, and it is necessary also in the second, relatively, new world, as the real depth of security in this world lies in the awareness of the state, the institutions, communities as well as individuals of the impact of the expansion of the electronic world in case where it exceeds the limits of the real world that is limited in geography. This study excels for having gathered the phenomenon and the circle of its existence, and although both of them are virtual, the damage caused at the level of the circle is felt and costing while having realistic consequences, and this is what makes the link between the real and virtual worlds take social, political and cultural dimensions. The problematic of the study focuses on analyzing the psychological aspect of a phenomenon that prevailed within the virtual world which is terrorism.
