المقاربة بالكفاءات في الحقل التعليمي

الملخص

يعد الإصلاح التربوي أهم خطوة إلى الأمام تبنتها الدولة الجزائرية، كما يعتبر من الضروريات الأساسية من أجل مسايرة الواقع الراهن داخليا وخارجيا. لهذا اعتمدت الجزائر بيداغوجيا التدريس بالمقاربة بالكفاءات لتصحيح الوضع التربوي القائم المبني على تقييم يدفع المتعلم إلى اليأس والفشل أكثر من تشجيعه والأخذ بيده إلى طريق النجوع والنجاح. والمقاربة بالكفاءات تتصف بإستراتيجية تربوية محكمة تنهض على قاعدة الإدماج والسعي إلى تكوين شخصية المتعلم، تكوينا ميدانيا وذلك عن طريق بناء معارفه الفعلية والسلوكية بناءا متينا. وهكذا فإن أساس المقاربة بالكفاءات، يتمثل في تنشئة متعلم لا يكتفي بتلقي العلم واستهلاك المعارف التي يتضمنها البرنامج السنوي بل ينبغي أن يكون هذا المتعلم – في ظل هذا المصطلح – مفكرا باحثا ومنتجا ومبدعا قادرا على تحمل المسؤولية، فاعلا في حياته الفردية والجماعية. Educational reform is the most important step forward adopted by the Algerian state, as is one of the basic necessities in order to keep place with the current reality, internally and externally. Algeria adopted for this pedagogy of teaching competencies proactive approach to correct the educational situation-based pay based on the evaluation of the learner to despair and failure more than encouragement and taking his hand to the path of success and hamlets. The approach is characterized by talent strategy promotes educational Court on the basis of integration and the pursuit of forming the personality of the learner, and field configuration by building the actual acquaintances and behavioral based solid. Thus, the basis of the approach competencies, is to nurture the learner not only to receive the flag and consumption of knowledge contained in the annual program, but this should be a learner - in light of this term - a thinker researcher and producer and creative able to take responsibility, active in his individual and collective.
