Résumé
Les tendances actuelles de la production géographique universitaire, seraient, dit-on, à l’effacement des frontières. Alors, s’interroger sur ce qu’est la frontière algérienne- ‘’fille’’ de la colonisation aujourd’hui, n’est-ce-pas prendre le risque de soulever des questions anachroniques, révolues, sinon tabous ? En fait, cette révolution des fonctions frontalières ne concerne qu’une fraction infime (moins de 08% de la totalité des frontières terrestres: celle de l’Europe occidentale et d’Amérique du Nord (M.FOUCHER, 1986). L’espacede L’Etat algérien est limité par des frontières reconnues par des traités internationaux. Elles ont une valeur permanente. Elles sont en tout cas effectives. The space of the Algerian State is limited by borders recognized by international treaties. They have a perm value. They are effective in all cases.
