علم السياسة بين المرجعية الغربية والمرجعية الإسلامية

الملخص
تتمحور إشكالية مقال علم السياسة بين المرجعية الغربية والمرجعية الإسلامية حول ما إذا كان يجب علينا كأكاديميين دراسة وتدريس العلوم السياسية وفقا للطرح الغربي، أو وفقا للطرح العربي الاسلامي، فهناك من يرى أنه يجب أن نتناول مواضيع العلوم السياسية من منظور غربي من أجل تحقيق التطور واللحاق بالحضارة الغربية، كما يستند أصحاب هذا الطرح إلى مقولة أن الإسلام هو دين وشريعة، ولم يتطرق قط إلى السياسة، في حين هناك اتجاه آخر يقول بسياسية الإسلام، مسترشدا في ذلك بأقوال الفقهاء والمفكرين، كما يبرر أصحاب هذا الاتجاه موقفهم بأن الظاهرة السياسية هي ظاهرة اجتماعية، وبما أنه يوجد اختلاف في الظروف والخصائص الاجتماعية بين المجتمعات خاصة الغربية والمسلمة، فإنه من الضروري مراعاة خصائصنا الحضاري في تناول الظاهرة السياسية، وأن المنظور الغربي للعلوم السياسية لا يصلح لأن يطبق في مجتمعاتنا. وعلى الرغم من الزخم الكبير الذي تزخر به الحضارة الاسلامية من كتب كثيرة لمفكرين عرب ومسلمين، تعرضوا فيها لكل مواضيع العلوم السياسية من الدولة إلى نظام الحكم إلى صفات الحاكم المثالي، إلا أن جامعاتنا لا تزال تدرس وفقا للمناهج الغربية، كما أن المفكرين والأكاديميين العرب يستندون إلى مراجع غربية في الكتابة والبحث. ومن أجل تجاوز هذه المعظلة اقترحت ضرورة العودة إلى الموروث الفكري العربي من كتب ومخطوطات سياسية، والنظر إلى ما يأتينا من الكتب الغربية نظرة ناقدة فاحصة، اضافة إلى الاكثار من المؤلفات المشتركة بين الجامعات العربية التي تسنتد إلى مصادر عربية اسلامية محضة تتوافق وخصائصنا الثقافية والحضارية. The Problematic of political science between Islamic and western reference pushes academics to question the idea of either to teach and study political science according to western perspective, or Islamic one. There are in fact those who think that we should take political science according to western perspective, in order to achieve development and catch up with Western civilization. Proponents of this view argue their position based on the notion that Islam is religion and law, and has never been exposed to politics. While another trend says that Islam includes politics issues, guided by the statements of scholars and thinkers. Supporters of this argument on their part justify their position stating that the political phenomenon is a considered to be a social phenomenon, and since there are differences in the conditions and social characteristics between communities- especially Western and Muslim one-it is necessary to take into account our cultural characteristics in dealing with political phenomenon. Thus, Western perspective of political science does not fit within the reality of our societies. Despite the rich heritage of Islamic civilization in terms of books that deal with all political science subjects from the state to the regime to the attributes of the ideal ruler. However, our universities are still depending on Western methods, and Arab intellectuals and academics also resort to Western references in their writings and researches. In order to overcome this dilemma, the researcher suggests the need for return to the Arab intellectual heritage of political books and manuscripts.
