الملخص
للمحميات الطبيعية في التجربة الجزائرية نظام قانوني قائم بذاته،يكشف في جوهره على أنماط مختلفة للحماية، وهي وإن اختلفت في الطبيعة فإنها متحدة المقصد،كمأن التجارب العربية في مختلف الأقطار والأمصار على الصعيد الإقليمي والدولي، سبَّاقة سابقة في هذا المجال، ويأخذ على سبيل المثال الأنموذج الرائد في هذا المقام،والذي يستأنس به إستفادةً من الأحكام، المغرب ومصر، الأردن وسلطة عمان، وهو ما يدفع لطرح إشكال مدى فاعلية هذا النظام ،ومدى إمكانية خدمته إستفادةً من تجارب الأقران؟. The Natural reserves in Algerian experience and some Arab experiences Abstract : The Natural reserves in Algerian experience an autonomous legal system reveals, in its contents different models of protection, a although they differed in nature it has a common intention or objective, as well as Arabs experiences in different countries and regions at the regional and international levels , is considered the oldest and the oldest in this context , this takes for example the first model in this framework , co benefit from its rules, morocco, Egypt, Jordan, and the omens, sultanate . Which raises the problem of the efficiency of this system and the extent of his support through the benefit of the others country experience?
