الملخص
تعد مشكلة غياب الطلبة من المظاهر القديمة والجديدة التي تلاحظ على الجامعات في كل المجتمعات، وهناك أسباب مختلفة تتحكم في ارتفاع وانخفاض نسبة الغياب، بعضها يرجع للطلبة أنفسهم، والبعض الآخر يرجع إما للإدارة، أو الأستاذ، أو المحيط الجامعي. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن هذه الظاهرة تعد سلبية لأنها تنعكس على المستوى التحصيلي للطلبة. وهذا ما دفعنا لدراسة هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة على جامعتنا، والبحث عن إمكانية تحسين صورتها والرقي بنتائجها والاهتمام بمخرجاتها، وذلك من خلال طرحنا للتساؤل التالي: ‘’ ما مدى تأثير غياب الطلبة على التحصيل العلمي في الجامعة ؟’’. The problem of the lack of the student’s participation can be considered as an old and new phenomenon which affects universities in all societies. There are various reasons that control the level of absenteeism, some of which are related to the students themselves, and others are due to the administrative management, to the professors themselves, the university environment. It is worth noting that this phenomenon is negative because it reflects upon the level of the student’s achievement. This is what prompted us to study this phenomenon in our university, and to search for the possibility of improving its image and the sophistication of its results. Through it, a major question can be raised: what is the impact of the absence of students on educational attainment at the university ?
