Résumé
Novelty in the question about political science does not depend only on the states and their governments’ politics, but on the whole system of governance in the world. If the political science is a phenomenon of the power, the political art assume the intelligence of policy man in his society. This vision is not the same when we can practice it. The evolution of political ideas is rapidly changing by all nations and countries. Many questions like Peace, Stability, Environment, Technology, Law, Economy, Strategy, Political Sociology, Economic Policy and International Relations… need answers if we are to approve our resistance and our victory. In this study we will try to provide suitable answers.
