الملخص
As a reaction to the failure of law N 06/95 dated in January 25/ 1995 that concerns competition and as a result of what has been imposed by economic requirement to put an end to illegal commercial practices and protect interest of consumers, a new law has been introduced to define norms that can be put on practice for the effective control of national market and to find an end to speculative illegal practices.
